How did you get started using Canva, and what inspired you to start creating with it?
Accidentally heard about Canva while getting a pedicure. It was a month later that I tried it for the first time. I had to deliver a design ASAP but was out so I downloaded the Canva app and the rest is history.
Can you walk us through your design process? How do you approach a new project using Canva?
I see something that inspires me and I try to replicate how it made me feel with my own design. It can be a women dressed in bright colors, walking in the street that will get me creating a colorful template or something I read that triggered my imagination.
How do you keep up with the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work with Canva?
I am online all the time so I’m always updated without even knowing it. I see so many designs per day, it’s impossible to not keep up. It automatically becomes a design. Most times I noticed it’s trendy only after it’s published.
What do you consider to be your strengths as a Canva Creator, and how do you leverage those strengths in your work?
As a Hebrew template creator I felt my strength is hoping Hebrew users use professional designs that are exactly what they are searching for. As an English template designer, I think it’s my unique design style. I am minimalistic and love it.
What are your favourite types of templates to design for Canva?
I love to design social media posts. They are super popular and are a good fit for more than 1 media platform.
