Does this sound familiar?

You keep meaning to clean up your Canva account, but it somehow always ends up at the bottom of your to-do list.

Maybe you’re tired of wasting time hunting through cluttered folders. Or you get that little twinge of stress every time you open Canva and see designs scattered everywhere.

You’re not alone, and you’re not lazy. Organizing your Canva isn’t urgent… until it is.

But imagine if you actually had set time on your calendar, plus someone there to answer questions, keep you moving, and cheer you on.

What if it could look like this instead?

Picture logging into Canva next week and easily finding every design, photo, or template you need, without endless scrolling or re-creating work from scratch.

You’d know exactly where everything is, your folders would make sense, and you’d actually feel calm (or at least less frazzled) when you sit down to create graphics for your business.

That’s what this week is all about: finally organizing your Canva, with live support and a little friendly accountability so you stop putting it off.

Introducing the Canva Clean-Up Support Week

From July 14 to 18, we’ll work side by side (virtually) to get your Canva account cleaned up and organized, once and for all.

  • Drop-in office hours so you can ask your questions live and get quick feedback
  • Dedicated co-working sessions that give you the time and space to just get it done, no more stalling
  • Voxer support all week, so you can send short voice or text questions and get practical help
  • A simple planning checklist emailed before we start, so you’ll know exactly what to tackle

No more trying to fit this in around everything else. You’ll have scheduled time, encouragement, and real support to finally clean up your Canva.

“My Canva account was a literal source of stress for me for years until I sat down to go through your program. My Canva cleanup went so much more smoothly than I thought it would, and getting on top of my Canva assets actually was quite cathartic. You’re a great teacher, and the course content was extraordinarily well-organized (how meta!).”

✅ The Clean-Up Week is for you if:

  • You’ve been meaning to get your Canva organized forever, but somehow it always slips to the bottom of the list.
  • You’ve started the process before, only to get stuck, lose momentum, or feel completely overwhelmed by the clutter.
  • You want a little extra accountability and structure, with someone there to answer your questions and keep you moving.
  • You’d love to be able to open Canva without feeling stressed or wasting time hunting for your own designs.

🚫 The Clean-Up Week is not for you if:

  • You’re looking for a course or step-by-step training on how to organize your Canva. This week is purely about support and accountability to help you implement what you’ve already decided to do. (If you do want the “how to,” you’ll want the bundle that includes my full Clean Up My Canva course so you can learn the system first.)
  • You’re hoping for a personal Canva audit or for me to organize your account for you.
  • You want unlimited access to my brain at all hours. I’ll be answering Voxer questions and holding office hours only during the scheduled times, not around the clock.

“I was sceptical about paying for Brenda’s “Clean Up My Canva” course, but I am so happy I did! At first, the class seems super simple and basic, but in reality, it made me think entirely differently about my Canva account. As an active real estate agent, I had thousands of property photos, loads of duplicate uploads, and lots of “hands in the pot”. Now, I have a simple and clear organizational structure, and I’m excited to log in and easily find my images, designs and elements. Thank you!”

Here’s how the week is structured

Click each day below to see what’s planned! Just keep in mind, these sessions won’t be recorded — they’re designed to give you real-time support and help you take action while we’re together.

Join live to ask questions, get feedback, or troubleshoot anything holding you back from getting organized in Canva. No need to stay the full hour, just pop in as needed.

Use this hour as focused implementation time. I’ll also be actively replying to any Voxer messages during this window, so if questions come up while you work, you can ask on the spot.

Another opportunity to ask questions live and get unstuck mid-week. You can bring questions from your co-working session or anything else that’s come up.

Another hour of focused Canva organization time, with the option to ask questions via Voxer if anything pops up while you work.

Use this final live session to check in, get clarity on what to do next, or ask any wrap-up questions as you finish your clean-up.

You can send in Voxer messages anytime between Monday July 14 and 12pm EDT on Thursday, July 17. I’ll reply to them live during our two designated Voxer support windows:
Tuesday 12-1pm EDT
Thursday 12-1pm EDT

“I use Canva almost daily for myself and my clients, but my account was a hot mess—duplicated designs, multiple uploads of the same photos because I couldn’t find what I needed. Brenda’s program exceeded my expectations with so many ‘wow, I can do that?’ moments. I’m not fully organized yet, but I’m on my way, and it’s been easier than I thought. I can’t recommend Clean Up My Canva enough!”

Canva Verified Expert, natural organizer, patient teacher, and lover of online tech (and cake)

In kindergarten, while my classmates played with dolls and dress up clothes, I could be found sorting marbles and buttons and other items in the drawers of my teacher’s storage cabinet… according to shape, colour, and size.

I’ve always loved bringing order to things in my environment, whether it’s paperclips and gel pens or filing cabinets and websites.

Long before I became a Canva Verified Expert, I worked as a professional organizer specializing in taming piles of paper and creating intuitive filing systems for professionals and business owners.

My passion for organizing has followed me everywhere and makes my life that much easier when the world is stressful. I might not know what’s happening tomorrow, but at least I know where everything is!

I want to bring that same peace of mind to your Canva account so you can spend less time looking for things in Canva and more time growing your business and enjoying your life.

Rozlyn Warren, CHt, ESLC

“As a long time Canva user I have TONS of images and files and spent hours searching for projects so I could update and reuse them in a campaign. Clean Up My Canva is brilliant and contained more than I even knew I needed! It goes step by step, with easy to follow explanations of how to use each tool and because Canva changes often, there are updates to keep me in the know. My productivity and enjoyment has tripled since I have cleaned up my Canva!”

Frequently Asked Questions

That’s okay! You can still get help through Voxer. Just keep in mind that live sessions won’t be recorded, so if you’d like live answers, it’s best to come when you can.

Not exactly. There’s no formal teaching or presentations — it’s purely focused on implementation, accountability, and live help. If you need more “how-to” training, the Clean Up My Canva course is the place for that (and you can bundle it with this week).

Nope! You don’t need the course to participate in the support week, but keep in mind, this week is all about accountability and live support to get it done. It assumes you already know what you want to organize and how to do it.

If you’d like step-by-step guidance, or you’re not totally sure how to structure your folders, what to name things, or how to actually sort your designs and images, you’ll want the bundle. That way you can work through at least Modules 1 and 2 before (or during) the week so you’re ready to implement with my support.

It’s my full step-by-step system for getting your Canva account organized and keeping it that way.

Inside, you’ll learn how to structure your folders, name and tag your designs and image uploads, organize your templates, and maintain it all long-term. Plus you’ll get bonuses on customizing your folder thumbnails and banners to make your Canva workspace feel uniquely yours.

If you want more than just accountability (you want to know exactly how to organize your Canva from scratch), the course is the best place to start, and you can grab it in the bundle.

You can send Voxer questions anytime from Monday until 1pm EDT on Thursday.

I’ll be actively replying during our two live Voxer support windows on:
Tuesday from 1–2pm EDT
Thursday from 1–2pm EDT

After that Thursday session wraps up, the Voxer portion closes so we can stay focused and complete the week together.

No, I won’t be logging into anyone’s Canva account. But you’re welcome to share quick screenshots or short videos to show me what’s going on, and I’ll give you guidance on what to do next.

You’ll leave with a more organized Canva account (and hopefully a lot less stress about it). If there’s enough interest, I may also offer an additional paid option for extended Voxer support to keep the momentum going.

If you have additional questions about the support week, you’re welcome to reach out by email here and I’m happy to provide any further information you need before reserving your spot.
