Canva announced their new Glow Up interface on May 23, 2024 at Canva Create and if you were one of the lucky million users to opt-in for early access to the new layout, you may be finding that certain features you were accustomed to using on a regular basis are a little harder to find.
One of the features that a lot of people are asking about is where the “Change All” option has been moved to.

“Change All” enables you to change all colours or fonts at once across a design, and it does still exist in Canva’s Glow Up, but you’re going to have to know exactly where to look for it.
When you want to change a colour or font, you may intuitively go to the floating toolbar, but to access the change all feature, instead what you need to do is click on the double chevron arrow in the toolbar in order to open up the editing panel.
Then you’ll see that among a variety of other editing options, you can also choose your colour or font from this area.
If you change a colour or font from the floating toolbar, you will not be presented with the change all option.
However, if I change a colour or font in the new editing panel, I *will* get that “change all” prompt.
Admittedly there has been a lot of feedback from Canva users saying that this update has significantly slowed down their workflow, so I do encourage you that if you have feedback about the new Glow Up interface, use the option in your Canva account settings area to submit your thoughts on the new layout.
But in the meantime, at least you’ll know where to find the “Change All” feature that so many of you love to use for more efficient designing in Canva.
