Canva just rolled out a new update that is sure to save you some time, and that is the ability to copy entire folders in the Projects area of your Canva workspace.
This has been a long-requested feature that will likely make organizing and managing your content even more efficient.
So for example, let’s say you’re a small business owner who shares a new promotional campaign each month, complete with posts for your blog and various social platforms. Instead of having to copy every design individually, now you can duplicate the entire folder in one go.
Here’s how to do it.
First, head to your Projects page and find the folder you want to copy.
Click on the three dots (•••) in the top right corner of the folder you want to duplicate and then select “Make a Copy.” Canva will instantly create a duplicate folder right in your Projects.
I’d suggest you rename your new folder right away and then move it wherever you need for easy access.
This simple addition to Canva’s features will help you streamline some of your more repetitive organization tasks, so you can focus more on creating content and less on setting up files.
