In this quick Canva tutorial, I want to show you how to use the Tidy Up feature in Canva.

This is a tool I regularly use if I have a list that I want evenly spaced. For example, if I was creating a checklist as part of my course materials (e.g., in a workbook) and I wanted to have a list of neatly organized checkboxes.

You may have missed this one in your Canva tools because unless you know the steps to take, it can be easy to miss.

This is a tool I regularly use if I have a list that I want evenly spaced. For example, if I was creating a checklist as part of my course materials, for example in a workbook, and I wanted to have a list of neatly organized checkboxes.

I have all of these checkbox list items grouped so that they’re all the same size, but right now they aren’t lining up in a consistent fashion, equally spaced from each other.

So I’ll select them all by clicking and selecting all the items with my cursor.

Then I’ll go to Position… and I’ll choose Tidy Up. And you’ll see that they are now all lined up perfectly.

You do not need to spend a bunch of time dragging and trying to manually line all up your elements.

So that’s a handy little feature to use when you’re trying to get everything looking polished and orderly in your marketing materials.
