It’s no wonder so many small business owners have a love-hate relationship when it comes to Canva.
I’m Brenda Cadman, I’m one of just 44 Canva Verified Experts in the world, and I’ve been immersed in the world of Canva since 2014.
I’m constantly impressed by the steady stream of new features and updates.
But while more and more new features are great for those of us who are well-versed in Canva, anyone still trying to figure out the basics is bound to feel overwhelmed.
It’s darn near impossible to DIY your way through every single feature that Canva has to offer, let alone figuring out what’s new each month.
Yes you can often find what you’re looking for by heading down the YouTube rabbit hole, but you already know that watching YouTube videos to find answers to your questions can become a full time job.
You don’t want another webinar or YouTube video.
You just want a real person to answer your Canva questions when you need it, so you can stop wasting time, finish your project in Canva, and get back to doing the parts of your business you love.
And that’s where the Canva Support Hub comes in.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much support is included?
You will have access to support via the twice a month live Q&A sessions (with the ability to submit your questions in advance) and a private Facebook community where you can submit your questions. I spend a dedicated hour every week to answer as many of those questions as possible.
Additionally, my community manager and I will be monitoring the community for commonly asked questions so that I can build a tutorial knowledge base to support members.
Do you work for Canva?
No, I do not work for Canva. I am a Canva Verified Expert but the Canva Support Hub is not part of Canva or officially endorsed by Canva.
Are there limitations to what I can get help on in the Support Hub?
My goal is to support members with their Canva questions and challenges to the best of my ability, but there are certain types of questions I will not be able to assist with and I appreciate your understanding of those limitations.
For example, if you have any licensing or legal related questions, I will point you to existing Canva resources provided by Canva’s legal department. I have a firm policy of not providing any support that could be construed as providing legal or licensing advice.
I will not be able to support on any questions that require logging into your account directly.
Do I need to have Canva Pro?
No, you do not need to have Canva Pro to benefit from the Canva Support Hub. However, if you are getting stuck on a Canva issue where a Pro subscription is required to achieve your goal, I will recommend at that time that you upgrade or trial the Pro membership (and I have a 45 day free trial that I can share with you).
Does the membership cover the Canva mobile app as well?
My expertise is primarily using the desktop browser version of Canva and that is the platform I am best equipped to support you on.
When will I get access to the membership?
You will receive an email with your member website login instructions 5 minutes after you sign up, and you can expect to be granted access to the member Facebook community within 1 business day.
Can I cancel the membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime.
What's your refund policy?
I offer a 7 day ‘no questions asked’ refund policy. If you decide within 7 days of joining the membership that it is not the right fit for your needs, you can send my team an email requesting a refund and we will provide a refund of your first month’s fee.
What if I have additional questions?
Still on the fence? Send my team an email with your questions.
